TERMS AND CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a $1000.00 deposit per person by Sopon Safaris. Final tour payment is due ninety days prior to tour departure. No final documents will be released until final payment is received. All reservations will be automatically canceled if payments are not received by the due date, with full loss of tour deposit.

CANCELLATION AND PENALTIES
Cancellations of all tours must be in writing to Sopon Safaris. Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. The scale of charges, expressed as a percentage of the tour price per person, is as follows:
More than 60 days notice - Deposit forfeited
Less than 60 days notice - Deposit plus 50%
Less than 30 days notice - 100% of tour price
Should you fail to join a tour or leave it prior to its completion, no tour fare refund can be made. (Please note that if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of any travel insurance policy which you hold, then any such charges will normally be refunded to you by the insurance company, subject to the terms of your insurance.)

RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDITIONS
Sopon Safaris, and/or their agents, act only as agents for the passenger in regard to travel, whether by automobile, airplane, or any other form of transportation and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect in any vehicle or for any reason what-so-ever, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. They can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. The right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case full refund will constitute full settlement with the passenger. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour unless arranged prior to departure from the United States. The right is reserved to accept or decline any passenger from participating on any tour for any reason. Sopon Safaris may, at its discretion and without liability or cost to itself at any time cancel or terminate the passenger's booking and in particular without limiting the generality of the aforegoing, it shall be entitled to do so in the event of illness or the illegal or incompatible behavior of the passenger, who shall in circumstances not be entitled to any refund. Baggage is at owner's risk entirely. The issuance and acceptance of tickets or final documentation shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions.

INSURANCE
Travel insurance to cover you for cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal baggage, emergency evacuation and money is strongly recommended, and to be done independently by the passenger.
