Zebras and Tree at Sunrise

"The usual brigade flows off the slopes of Kilimanjaro, which is again free of clouds. They trudge sleepily forward into the amber waves of daybreak's misty fog. Like wrinkles on aged skin, sharp sidelight accentuates every fold, every crease and crevasse, every scar, of the worn tree that stands in their path. It's barren arms arthritic, it stands the test of time, refusing to give in; refusing to fall. Day after day, year after year, it stands, unchanged, to witness Amboseli's daily procession of animals."
