When our company was first
started in 1997 we canvassed hundreds of people who had been on
safari. Aga

and again the conversations seemed to revolve around the relationship with
the guides. A trend soon appeared crystal clear. Those who had
less then perfect trips, thought their guides were less then
perfect. Those who had excellent safaris, thought their guides were
excellent. This fact brought us to the conclusion that if we were
going to be successful, we needed to have guides that not only had the
knowledge the traveler sought, but had the personal skills essential to
deal with people. When you're assigned a guide, he or she is
selected based on your interests and expectations. We hope that your
