Fall in Grand Teton National Park Roadside Adventure

FALL IN GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK ROADSIDE ADVENTURE

OCTOBER 5-9, 2024

LIMITED TO 4 PARTICIPANTS

$3500 (single occupancy)

The feeling of laying eyes on the jagged peaks of the Grand Tetons for the first time is nothing short of awe-inspiring!  It leaves you speechless.  We still remember that first glimpse and years later, still feel that same wonder every time we see them.  Fall is one of the best seasons to visit as the trees put on their Autumn colors and the mountain peaks rise above dusted in white.  The contrast between the two is so striking and the crisp, cool air is refreshing.  Grand landscapes aren’t the only stars during this season.  Wildlife is plentiful in fall and it isn’t uncommon to spot moose, elk, bison, pronghorn antelope and even grizzly and black bear.  Join us as we explore this magnificent mountain range in search of stunning photographic compositions with peak fall color!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

We will shoot at many locations around Grand Teton National Park including Mormon Row and its famed Moulton Barns, Schwabacher Landing, Snake River Overlook, Oxbow Bend and a few of our favorite, lesser-known locations, among others.  We will also actively search for wildlife opportunities throughout the trip.  We will be taking full advantage of the best light of the day which means we will be out early (before sunrise) and out late (past sunset) in order to provide you with the best possible photos!

*** Please Note: Most of our photographic locations require little walking, only going very short distances from our vehicle to our shooting locations but in a few cases, some light hiking of about ¼ to ½ mile over relatively flat terrain is required.

WORKSHOP ITINERARY:

October 5 – Afternoon Meet and Greet followed by our first sunset shoot in the Grand Tetons.  We will then head back to town for dinner.

October 4 – 8 – We will begin each day with a sunrise photo session followed by a late breakfast.  We will then head back out for a sunset photo session each afternoon. Schedules will be left flexible depending on weather in order to be in the best spots at the best possible times.

October 9 – We will head out for a final sunrise shoot in Grand Teton National Park.  We will finish by 10AM to get ready for hotel check out.
